I run a building

Your building.
One system.

Restaurants, ranges, gyms, academies, venues and shops. Not nine apps and a binder. One login, on the phone already in your pocket.

Home: news, managers on duty and how every department is doing
My Shift on a phone
What it replaces

Nine things you pay for,
remember, or chase.

the scheduling appthe checklist appmaintenance ticketsthe events CRMthe HR folderthe training sitethe group textthe review spreadsheetthe policy binder Drakius

Every one of those lives in its own app, with its own login, its own password nobody remembers and its own version of the truth. Drakius is one system. The schedule knows who is on. The checklist knows what shift it is. The incident report knows who was there. The personnel file knows all of it.

Home

The whole building.
On one screen.

News from the top, every department’s lists for today, one score for the whole building, who is running the place, and every message. Open it and you know.

  • Right Now. A ring per department for duties, cleaning, repairs and complaints.
  • Managers on duty. Pulled from the schedule, with a tap to call.
A screen at every station

A department iPad.
Or their phone. Their call.

Every department gets a shared iPad, behind the bar, at the range desk, in the pro shop. Nobody is ever required to use their own phone.

  • At the station. Clock in, check off duties, file a report, done.
  • Never required. Some people want work off their personal phone. The iPad has them covered.
  • Their phone, if they want. No app to download. It opens like any website.
My Shift

Everyone knows
exactly what they owe.

A server’s own screen. Their tasks, their checklists, nothing else. Check a line and their name and the time go on it.

  • Assigned to you. Who asked, when it is due, and a Got It so the manager knows they saw it.
  • Signed, every shift. By name, with a time, so it actually happens.
Requests

A manager asks.
It is already on the board.

One door for every request. They answer a few questions on whatever is in hand, and it lands in New with the date, the details and who asked. The rules ride along: a big event needs 60 days, so nobody can ask for next Tuesday.

  • Complete the first time. What it is, who it is for, when it has to be in hand.
  • New, Working, Done. Drag it across, like Asana.
Personnel files

Every person.
One file.

Click anyone and their whole story is there. Everything you and their managers do for a person lands in it on its own.

  • Reviews and merit. Six month check ins and annual reviews, one tap away.
  • Kudos land on their own. A Google review that names them, a Pat on the Back from a manager.
  • The whole record. Attendance, write ups, training, every key and badge.
The Pulse

A health score
for the building.

Every department gets a score from 0 to 100, from what actually got finished, not what someone says got done. Together they make one number for the whole building.

  • What goes into it. Checklists on time, cleaning signed off, repairs fixed, complaints handled.
  • The weak spot, named. It tells you what is pulling the score down.
Built on a real floor

Built in a building that is all of them at once.

Forty shooting lanes and a pro shop. A restaurant and bar that seats 300, with a speakeasy tucked behind it. Classrooms, a Topgolf Swing Suite, jiu jitsu, pickleball and a gym that never closes. An events team that books every room, and the parking lot too. One roof. One team. Drakius was not designed for a place like this. It was built inside one.

10businesses under one roof, on one login

Turn on what you are.
Turn off what you are not.

Drakius is sold in six packages. Pick one and the whole system fits that business: the menu, the departments and the forms. Tap them on and off and watch the phone change.

Hospitality. 12 screens, 7 departments, one login.
One file per person

The part most owners
have nothing for.

Everybody has a scheduling app. Almost nobody has one place where a person's whole story lives: how they were hired, what they were trained on, what they did well, where they slipped, and what the review said. Drakius starts that file the day you post the job and never stops writing it.

HireDepartments recruit their own seats. The packet, the offer and the start date go in the file.
TrainGuides signed off skill by skill. Quizzes with a passing score. Nothing is "they said they read it."
TrackEvery checklist line, every gym check, every task, with their name and the time on it.
RecognizeKudos from a manager or a guest, on the record, where the review will find them.
CorrectOccurrences and write ups, filed the same way every time, by your policy, not by mood.
AttendCall offs, lates and time off, counted the way your attendance policy counts them.
ReviewThe annual review writes itself from the file. The merit increase follows your policy.
